The Distillery
As you can see in the photo, we are set up in a former fortified farmhouse at the foot of the Vercors in the Royans valley. The water here is fresh and crystal clear- it’s the ideal place to produce organic Single Malt Whisky (which is 100% French!)
Everything is done on site. There is even barley growing in the fields below the distillery for our homemade cuvées.

Organic Single Malt Whisky,
100% French and fair trade.
We named it Sequoia, paying homage to the magnificent tree which has been towering over the Distillery for centuries.

Production
At the Distillerie du Vercors, everything from the brewing to the bottling is done on site. Every now and then, we even have barley growing in the fields to produce our homemade cuvées.

Guided Tours
Discover the Distillery, its old building, its unique facilties, and the breathtaking landscapeswhich surrounds it. We are in the Vercors Regional Natural Park: hiking, cycling, canyoning, paragliding… the choices are endless.
Come and see us at the Distillery, either in the form of a guided tour or a Whisky Atelier (whisky-tasting workshop).
